CRITICAL NOTICE: All accounts provided to our clients are demo accounts with simulated funds. All trading activities are conducted in a simulated trading environment. This platform is for evaluation and funding opportunities, not for providing direct investment services.

2. Registration and Eligibility
- Capacity and Age: Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older with the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.
- Geographic Constraints: Services are offered globally but may be restricted in locations subject to international sanctions, economic embargos, or local statutory prohibitions.
- Registration Requirements: Each person is allowed to register only once. Creating multiple accounts with different email addresses is strictly prohibited.
- KYC and Compliance: We may require identity verification and address confirmation to comply with AML/CFT regulations. Transactions made without proper verification are considered invalid.
3. Services Description
Wen LTD provides proprietary trading evaluation programs and paper trading accounts.
- Wen Two Step: Phase One requires a 10% profit target; Phase Two requires a 6% profit target. It features an 8% maximum loss limit (static) and a 5% maximum daily loss limit.
- Wen One Step: A single-phase program with a 9% profit target. It features a 5% maximum loss limit and a 3% maximum daily loss limit.
- Wen Genesis: A ladder-based progression model. Advancement is based on profitable days; for every 1% profitable day achieved, the trader moves up the progression ladder to unlock higher milestones.
- Profit Split: Successful evaluations qualify for an 80% profit split based on simulated performance.
4. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Usage
The following activities are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:
- Account Sharing: Sharing credentials or allowing others to use your account.
- Automated Trading: Using Expert Advisors (EAs), bots, or other automated systems is prohibited across all platforms under any circumstances.
- Prop Firm Employees: Traders associated with other proprietary trading firms are not permitted to use our services.
- Cheating: Exploiting demo trader inefficiencies such as High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Toxic Trading Order Flow, Long/Short arbitrage, reverse arbitrage, tick scalping, and server execution.
- Copy Trading: You cannot copy trade from another individual; if found, both users will be breached.
- Reverse/Group Hedging: Using your account to bet in one direction on a singular trade against another account to guarantee a winning outcome.
- Toxic Trading Behavior: This includes latency arbitrage, server flooding, and all-or-nothing strategies that violate the spirit of professional trading.
5. Trading and Risk Management Regulations
- Account Activity: Accounts must not be dormant for more than 30 calendar days. Inactivity is defined as having no executed trades. Weekend holdings are permitted for all account types.
- Risk Adjustments: If we notice excessive trading without appropriate risk management, we reserve the right to limit your trading to 1% risk. If account equity drops beneath 1% of your account balance under these conditions, the account will be breached.
- Consistency: Specific accounts may require consistency scores to ensure trading performance is based on skill rather than isolated events.
6. Payment Terms and Policies
- Accepted Methods: Bank Transfers and Cryptocurrency.
- Pricing: All fees are clearly stated in USD. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
- Refund Policy: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Since our services are delivered instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds for evaluation programs.
- Dispute Policy: Users who initiate payment disputes or chargebacks will have their accounts permanently banned.
7. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with Saint Lucian regulations and global privacy standards.
- Utilization: Data is processed for account management, service delivery, and compliance monitoring.
- Security: We use industry-standard encryption. Under Saint Lucian requirements, we must retain data for a minimum of five years.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with our services belongs to WEN LTD. This includes the website, software, algorithms, trading tools, and trademarks. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to access the platform for evaluation purposes only.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Our services may be integrated with third-party platforms (e.g., MetaTrader, Match-Trader). WEN LTD is not responsible for service interruptions, migrations, or technical maintenance periods caused by these third-party providers.
10. Performance Evaluation and Funding
- Evaluation Process: All trading occurs in virtual environments. Qualification for funding is based on meeting the specific targets of the Wen Two Step, One Step, or Genesis programs.
- Profit Distribution: Transfers are made after verification of compliance and minimum payout thresholds.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Liability Exclusions: Under Saint Lucian law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, trading losses, or platform downtime.
- Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the one-month period prior to the claim.
12. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Saint Lucia.
- Process: 1. Informal Solution (30 days); 2. Mediation; 3. Binding Arbitration; 4. Court Proceedings.
- Jurisdiction: The courts in Saint Lucia have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Termination
- User Termination: You can cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds for terminated accounts.
- Company Termination: We may close an account due to a violation of Terms, illegal behavior, or risk management concerns. WEN LTD reserves the right to terminate an account as it deems appropriate.
14. Confidentiality
All emails, platform messages, and support interactions are strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose, use, or distribute confidential communications without written permission.
Defaming WEN LTD on social media or review sites will lead to account termination.
15. Responsible Trading Policy
We are committed to promoting responsible trading. WEN LTD provides risk management guidelines to encourage professional development.
Violating this policy may result in account warnings, suspension, or forfeiture of virtual profits.
16. Amendments and Revisions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the altered Terms.
17. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and WEN LTD.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Language: These Terms are prepared in English. In the case of any translations, the English version will prevail.
